1. Determine the villa to be rented, send sms (Code villa, dated check in and check out, the name of the tenant) to +62817407909

2. We will check villa availability

3. Transfer of 30% Down Payment to Bank Account 2551214208, Bank Central Asia (Augustinus Frengky) or Paypal agustinus.franky @ gmail.com

4. If you already transferred the down payment, send SMS to +62817407909 (the sender's name and amount are sent)

5. We will check online, if we have received, we will send an SMS or e-mail confirmation along with full address, telephone number of house keeping.

The rules:

1. Check in time at 13:00 PM, Check out time at 12:00 PM.
